What is the procedure once everyone arrives at the Club/Restaurant?

Once you arrive at the venue, you will be handed a scorecard & instruction sheet, a name-tag and a pen. Once all participants are signed in, a 25dates.com representative will give you detailed instructions as well as answer any questions you may have. Women will stay seated, men will be signaled to rotate every three minutes by a bell (for our gay and lesbian events, the meeting procedure is slightly different, to be explained upon arrival). After each date, participants write "yes" or "no" on the scorecard next to their dates ID numbers as to whether they would like to see that person again. The men then rotate and the next date begins.
With each date being only three (or five) minutes, what if after I meet somebody I'm still not sure whether to mark this person as "yes" or a "no"?
I noticed that your web site said that if you do not have a match at one event you can go to another one for free. Is this true?
